At Cync, communication is about more than sharing information — it’s about building trust. Every message is designed to be accurate, culturally relevant, and empowering.
I combine my background in public health, community behavioral health, health communications, and digital media to develop strategies that empower people to make informed choices about their health. My work is grounded in three key areas:
Human and Behavioral Insight: Understanding how beliefs, emotions, and lived experiences shape health decisions, particularly within underserved communities.
Media Literacy: Fact-checking, verifying, and amplifying credible sources in a digital space where misinformation spreads easily.
Scientific Understanding: Translating data and research into messages that are simple, relatable, and actionable.
Whether developing educational materials, managing digital campaigns, or guiding communication strategy, I bring a culturally informed lens to ensure public health messaging is equitable, inclusive, and effective.
